We are so excited to let you know that at this event, we have a pairing of two nationally recognized local businesses - The Curd Nerd Syracuse and Erie Canal Brewery..

Sarah Simiele, owner of the Curd Nerd and winner of the annual Cheeseminger Invitational will have her personal charcuterie trays available at our event. The winner of this who’s who in the cheese industry enables her to offer cheeses not available in most places.

Sarah will pair her trays with the award winning Irish Red Ale from Erie Canal Brewery. The Irish Red, available at Seneca Street Brewery & Pub has won multiple awards from the NYS Brewers Associations, one of the largest competitions in the country.
